Cipnes updates and integrates the programmatic proposal of the Special Economic Zone for industrial consortium areas in connection with the activation of the Customs Free Zone
In the light of what emerged on the occasion of the consortium hearing local authorities held last July 27th in Olbia, at the consortium's headquarters, in the presence of the institutional summits of the Region of Sardinia and the Presidency of the Sardinian Sea Port System Authority, the Cipnes-Gallura, in order to define the constitutive process of the Strategic Plan of the SEZ for which the Region of Sardinia is responsible, has prepared and forwarded to the Regional Programming Centre of the RAS Programming Department, the additional documents and revision of the previous delimitation of the SEZ areas related to the consortium industrial zone of Olbia.
Cipnes, as part of an inclusive strategy of territorial rebalancing consistent with the inspiring principles of the SEZ and in implementation of the European Cohesion Policy, has integrated the original project proposal with updated documentary content aimed at supporting the Region in the elaboration of an appropriately shared Strategic Development Plan that enhances the territorial specialisation activities of the consortium production districts and relaunches the cork and granite industrial districts of Gallura.
Cipnes, moreover, with resolution no. 21/4 of 15 April 2016, and in line with the choice of the municipality of Olbia, had already been identified by the Regional Council as the managing body of the "non-interclosed" customs free zone, with attached authorization under the "active processing" regime.
