CIPNES defines the strategy of the Special Economic Zone for Olbia, Buddusò and Monti
With the approval of the projects for the delimitation and strategic development of the areas and real estate of relevance, the Cipnes Gallura has defined the activation of the Special Economic Zone (Zes), in accordance with the provisions of Decree Law 91/2017 (art. 4 and 5). It is a modern territorial marketing tool aimed at the economic growth of the territory through a series of tax and financial benefits and administrative simplification.
The Zes is addressed to the business specializations of the consortium areas of Olbia, Monti, Buddusò - Alà dei Sardi, both with reference to the traditional production sectors of boating, logistics, granite, cork and services in general and to the production chains of the agro-food sector in connection with the Insula-Sardinia Longevity Food program. The municipalities of Tempio, Calangianus, Arzachena and Loiri Porto San Paolo have also shown a strong interest in being involved in the project.
