The internationalization plan

 

depliant SLF sito 2 001 To support the programme for the promotion and internationalisation of Sardinia's identity production chains (strategic action of the INSULA programme), CIPNES has promoted the creation of a first companies network in the agri-food sector called ''Sardinia Longevity Food'', a large incubator made up of Sardinian producers specialised in the manufacture of the main high quality agricultural, zootechnical and food processing chains.

The network ''Sardinia Longevity Food'', of which CIPNES-Gallura is a strategic partner and service provider, has participated in the announcement of the Sardinia Region "Promotion in foreign markets of SMEs in aggregate form" (POR ERDF 2014-2020, action 3.4.1) with a project of about 500,000 euros financed at 75% non-refundable (determines RAS prot. n. 20409, rep. n. 307 of 21.06.2017).

The promo-distribution aggregation activity is a strategic path to create qualified and long-lasting internationalisation processes towards the "target markets", i.e. Europe (in particular France and Germany), the USA, which registers interesting import volumes and growth prospects, and the Gulf countries (UAE, QATAR), which represent an emerging market very interested in Sardinia, and which, despite having a limited import volume, is still oriented towards niche productions with high added value, high quality and medium-high costs.

The project promoted by CIPNES together with the companies network "Sardinia Longevity Food", aims to support a structured program of promotional activities and commercial development on local and foreign markets focus of the action, through the organization of two strategic processes:

1) the construction of a marketing oriented project, developed, as per the premise, on the values of quality, traditionality and healthiness of production;  

2) the creation of a system platform based on the sharing of logistic, promotional and commercial processes among the Sardinian companies participating in the programme.

CIPNES, together with the Sardinia Longevity Food network, intends, therefore, in sharing with the multi-strong production realities of the entire regional territory, to concretely implement a program to safeguard and develop quality agrifood production and integrated supply chain of the island's tradition, also through the activation of a qualified internationalization process.  

The program  distinctive brand "Sardinia Longevity Food" is a thematic brand identifying the action, the Sardinia that produces, the Sardinia that undertakes, the Sardinia that, through its food and wine production, tells the culture of a people and the healthiness of its products.
